You can imagine that Keaton wasn't too thrilled about having been passed up by his younger sister in the race to lose their baby teeth. (Addy lost two this spring.) So Keaton was overjoyed when he finally lost his first tooth. He didn't even mind the little bit of blood that came when Dad pulled it out! (Believe me, that's a big deal for Keaton, who is...shall we say...squeamish!) He couldn't wait to hide it in his tooth box, inside his tooth pillow, under his real pillow--and find a dollar in it the next morning!
A wise man said, "We do not remember days, we remember moments." Thank heavens that in the midst of these crazy days that make up our life, we have so many wonderful moments worth remembering. My hope is to capture as many of these moments as I can, so I can savor them now and forever.
